Holiday Inn Express Atlanta W (I-20) Douglasville by IHG

From check in to check out we had a great experience. Traveling eight hours for a funeral was stressful but the accommodations at the hotel gave us much ease. Ariel at the front desk was such an angel we really appreciate her kindness and knowledge of the area. We will definitely visit again under more positive circumstances. Breakfast was good but could use more options.

This was a great stop for us. We had the double queen room. The entire hotel was clean including the lobby, hallway, room and bathroom. This is always a must when we travel to find something clean. The beds and pillows we very comfortable and the black out curtains worked wonderfully, we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was also wonderful. There were choices of hot cheese and veggie omelet, turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy. They also had warm cinnamon rolls. Great choices on top of the normal juices, coffee and yogurt. We definitely marked this hotel if we have to come back through.

Convenient location to so many different places!! Cracker Barrel right across the road! Check in was pleasant and checkout! The rooms was clean! Pillows will always be my favorite!! So comfy! Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator only went In it after check in. It acted like it was gonna go anywhere when it shut the door. So my husband hit the lobby button and it went up. After that we used the stairs lol.

My stay was four days, Over all the hotel was clean, my room was clean, the beds are firm, the pillows were great, they seemed new, each bed had four pillows, two very firm and two soft. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast food, the dining area was clean and the food fresh. The property outside was also kept clean, The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I stay in a lot of IHG hotels. My experience was up to par with what I expected and as always…. the breakfast and cinnamon rolls were the best part of the stay!

It was a wonderful experience. It’s a nice beautiful hotel. It looks very luxury and it’s really clean and I love the architecture inside the lobby, including the breakfast area and outside the hallways from each floor of the hotel and the hotel rooms that you stay in looks really nice in detail, clean bedsheets nice clean bathrooms encounters clean Refrigerators and countertops, big TVs with great 4K and HD quality and quality remotes and also a really nice closet where you can put your shoes and other stuff inside

Is a pretty good place to rest and reset. We travel for work and have chosen The Holiday inn express for us because is a good deal for us. This hotel is very clean from the outside I feel is like in a great location but the reason for the 3 stars is because one the bed sheets were stained not super noticeable but I noticed them, also there were no garbage bags for any of the garbage containers, also the shower seem to have some mold in the roof of the shower, the door lock was a little sketchy and the little extra lock on the door frame was lose, had the breakfast but it wasn’t all that great, hope to come back and have a better review next run.

Meka Tillman is truly an outstanding front desk clerk. I am always greatly impressed and appreciative of her genuine kindness and professionalism. Every time I visit, she remembers my name and greets me with such warmth, which really makes a difference. Meka has a remarkable way of making me feel welcome — like I’m at a home away from home. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service never go unnoticed. She is a true asset, and I’m grateful for the care and respect she shows every time. Highly recommended — simply amazing!
